The version of Android Studio I installed is 3.1.4.

  1. Download and install Android Studio from https://developer.android.com/studio/. The position of installation is free.
  2. If after installation a dialog appears which shows “unable to access Android sdk add-on list”, then try to click cancel or modify the file Android\Android Studio\bin\idea.properties. Add the following line to the last of the file.

    disable.android.first.run=true

  3. When entering into the main window, click “Start a new Android Studio project”. Then input the name, company and position. And use the default configuration to complete it.
  4. Now I use USB to test the app in a phone with Android. Open the development code in the phone and then click “Run”.
